French's Crunchy Onion Chicken

Crush French Fried Onions with flour in plastic bag
- 2 cups French's Original or Cheddar French Fried Onions
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 egg, beaten
Kathy's Delicious Whole Slow Cooker Chicken

Remove skin from chicken, and empty inner cavity of contents within
- 1 (3 pound) whole chicken, skin removed
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
Delicious Crock Pot BBQ Ribs

1. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients, except for the ribs themselves
- 4 lbs. ribs of your choice
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. oregano
Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 8-10 drained pineapple slices (one 14 oz. can)
- Maraschino cherries
- 15 1/2 oz. can drained crushed pineapple
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed)

Grilled Teriyaki Chicken

In a small saucepan, combine the first five ingredients
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup sherry or chicken broth
- 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 (6 oz.) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Chicken in Sour Cream

Brown chicken in oil over medium heat
- 8 chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch paprika
- 1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (1 oz) package dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed

Saute' onion in oleo. Add corn, muffin mix and onion
- 1 small onion
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can drained whole kernel corn
- 1/2 cup oleo
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
Carmelized Chicken with Mushroom Sauce and Grilled Herb Bread

Season the chicken breasts (make sure they are very thin or slice them thin) liberally with salt and pepper
- 4 thinly sliced boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1/3 cup white wine
- bread of your choice (used whole grain talonica bread)
- salt and pepper
- for bread 1/4-1/2 cup butter, softened + herbs of your choice (I used parsley, basil and thyme - a good sprinkling of each)
Pumpkin Spiced Latte

Combine the hot milk, sugar, vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice in a blender; blend until frothy
- 3 cups hot whole milk
- 4 tsp. white sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 6 oz. double-strength brewed coffee
- 3 tbsp. sweetened whipped cream
- 3 pinches pumpkin pie spice
