  • 12 eggs
  • 1/2 cup green onions (about 4) chopped
  • 1/4 t each salt & ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Fresh snipped parsley and/or cilantro
