- 4 pounds bone-in chicken pieces, with skin ( I used drumsticks and thighs)
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 7 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1/3 cup halved or quartered prunes
- 1/4 cup capers w/ juice
- 8 green olives – halved (optional)
- 2 bay leaves

- 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Paleo Decadent Chocolate Fudge Torte w/ Raspberries

- 1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries, thawed if frozen
- 3-4 tablespoons cocoa powder (to taste)
- 1 cup unsweetened grated coconut, OR 6 tablespoons coconut butter
- Scant 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup coconut nectar, honey, or maple syrup, add to taste. I like to use half liquid stevia, about 12 drops!
- 1/4 cup allowed dark chocolate melted w/ 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- Fresh or frozen raspberries for garnish

- 1 pound skinless, boneless, chicken breast halves
- 1 - 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning, crushed
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 ounces dried mostaccioli, ziti, or penne pasta
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 3 cups milk
- 8 ounces smoked cheddar, Gruyere, or Swiss cheese, shredded (2 cups)
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 2 cups soft sourdough or French bread crumbs
- 2 ounces finely shredded Parmesan or Romano cheese (1/2 cup)
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted

- 2 pounds tiny new red potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped Dilled Quick Pickles or dill pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 4 slicesbacon, crisp-cooked and coarsely crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
