Roasted Vegetable Medley

very tasty
- 2 medium red onions, cut into eighths
- 2 small yellow summer squash, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 2 small zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 3 red, yellow, and/or green sweet peppers, cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Awesome Chicken Marinade

This was sooo good & very easy to put together
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 - 2 pounds chicken
Garlic-and-Chili-Rubbed Lamb

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 2 - 3 teaspoons olive oil
- 8 lamb rib or loin chops, cut 1 inch thick

- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, toasted
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 4 fresh or frozen tuna or sea bass steaks, cut 1 inch thick
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

- 12 large fresh mushrooms, 1-1/2 to 2 inches in diameter (about 1 pound)

- 1/4 cup chopped pitted ripe olives

- 4 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup torn radicchio or red cabbage
- 1/2 cup finely shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup snipped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup snipped fresh parsley
- 1/4 of a small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 ounce shredded Parmesan cheese
Slow Cooker Korean Grass Fed Short Ribs
