- 1 1/4 lbs large shrimp, cleaned
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
Sticky Chicken

1 Season the chicken generously with 2 tablespoons of essence
- 1 (3 lb) frying chicken, cut up into 8 pieces
- 3 tablespoons essence, recipe follows
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup vegetale oil
- 2 cups sliced yellow onions
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 12 ounces dark beer
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cups chicked stock 2 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves
- steaed rice, for serving
Cheesy broccoli casserole

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 lbs fresh broccoli, cut up
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Potato and Leek Soup

- 3 large leeks, cut lengthwise, separate, clean. Use only the white and pale green parts, chop.
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups chicken broth (or vegetable broth for vegetarian option)*
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled, diced into 1/2 inch pieces
- Marjoram - dash
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme, or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Tabasco sauce or other red chili sauce
- Salt & Pepper
Emmeril's Essence Creole Seasoning (Bayou Blast)

I took the Olive Garden recipe and added beef and sausage
- 1 pound Fresh spinach
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1/2 pound mild Italian sausage
- 1 pound Fresh mushrooms -- chop coarse
- 1 cup Onion -- chopped
- 10 milliliters Garlic -- minced
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 3 cups Ricotta cheese
- 1 2/3 cups Parmesan cheese -- divide
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon Dried basil
- 3/4 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 16 Lasagna noodles
- 4 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese -- shredded
- 2 jars Mariana sauce and 1jar tomato-Cream sauce as desired
