Summer Fresb Fruit Tart

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare pie crust according to pkg
- 15 oz. pkg. of Pillsbury All Ready Pie Crusts
- 1 tsp. flour
- 2 cups of powdered sugar
- 1 cup of margarine or butter, softened
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. of almond extract
- Fresh fruit (grapes, netarines, peaches, kiwi fruit, starfruit, pears, raspberries and strawberries).
Butter Shortbread

Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
Pierogi Dough-sour cream

- 1 tsp. salt
- 4-5 cups of flour (usually 5)
- 1/2 of 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 3-4 tbs. butter
- filling of mashed potatoes or saurkraut
Cucumber Yogurt Salad

In a bowl, mix yogurt until creamy
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 2 med. size cucumbers,, peeled and finely chopped
- 2 med. size garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 Tbs. chopped, fresh mint
- 1 tsp. virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Fresh sprigs of mint for garnish
- Pita bread to serve
Blonde Brownies

Sift and set aside 2 2/3 cups flour, 2 1/2 tsp
- 2 2/3 cups flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 cup margarine
- 2 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup nuts
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Chicken Pot Pie

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup (4 oz.)sliced, peeled carrots (1/4" thick)
- 1 cup (5 oz.) shelled fresh peas or thawed frozen
- 1 cup (6 oz.) kernel corn, about 2-3 ears
- 2 tbs. unsalted butter
- 4 skinless chicken thighs cut into bitw-sized pieces
- 2 tbs. chopped shallots
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup half and half cream
- 1 tbs. chopped fresh flat-leaf, Italian, parsley
- 1 egg yolk beaten with 1 tsp. water
- 1 9" pie dough, round, homemade or purchased
Pizza Fondue

Slice sausage and fry in olive oil until lightly browned
- 1 large can crushed tomatoes
- 1 large can tomato paste
- 1 large can tomato puree
- Garlic salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Olive Oil
- Pepperoni
- Sausage
- l lb. Mozarella cheese, shredded

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbls. cocoa
- 1 tsp. salt

Chicken Broccoli Vegetable Saute

In a skillet over medium heat, in 1 tbs
- 2 tbs. blutter
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts halves (1 lb.)
- 1 cup of cut-up broccoli
- 1/2 cup of thinly sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 can (10 1/4 oz.) Cream of "Broccoli Soup
- 1/3 cup of milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Buffalo Chicken Casserole

Cook in water 20 minutes as directed on package
- 1/2 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbs. olive or vegetable oil
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 2 medium stalks celery, thinly sliced (1 cup)
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
