Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 3 slices thick-cut bacon, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 cup unpeeled Yukon Gold potatoes (1" diced)

- 3 Tbs. milk
- 1 Tbs. unsalted butter
- 1 Tbs. fresh, chopped chives

Combine the water and sugar in a heavy-bottomed saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat

- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 container (8 ozs. ) sour cream

- 2 tbks, all purpose flour

- Chocolate Crumb Crust
- Combine 1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs and 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine; press onto bottom of 9" springform pan. Makes one 9" crust.

- 1 pkg. brownie eupreme mix, prepare as directed.
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 2 tbls. margarine
- Mix well
Green Pepper Round Steak

- 1 1/2 lbs. round steak, cut in 1/2 in. strips

- 1 15 oz. can stewed tomatoes
- 2 large green peppers, seeded and cut in strips
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tbs. steak sauce

Whiskey Grilled Baby Back Ribs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 (2 pound) slabs baby back pork ribs
- coarsley ground black pepper
- 1 tbs. ground red chile pepper
- 2 1/4 tbs. vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup minced onions
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 1/2 tbs. honey
- 2 tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. coarsley ground black pepper
- 1 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke flavoring
- 2 tsp. whiskey
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. paprike
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tbs. dark molasses
- 1/2 tbs. ground red chile pepper

- 3 cups of sifted confectioners sugar

White French Dressing
