Hot Clam Dip

In a large fry pan, melt butter
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. basil
- Dash cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 3 can minced clams with broth
- 16 oz. cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- parmesan cheese
- paprika
Chick Pea and Tahini Dip

Mash peas in a blendr or by hand
- 1 15 1/2 oz. can of chick peas (garbanzo beans)
- 1/3 cup Tahini (sesame butter)
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2-4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dried dill
- 2 tbs. lemon juice
- 3 tbs. water
- pepper to taste
Saucy Pork Chops-

Mix together the ketchup, salt, chili powder, water, dry mustard and brown sugar

- 1 tbs. virgin olive oil
- 3 slices thick-cut bacon, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 cup (1" diced) Yukon Gold potatoes
- Kosher salt and ground pepper to taste

- 3 tbs. milk
- 1 tbs. unsalted butter
- 1 tbs. fresh chopped chives
Blue Cheese Dressing Dip
