Potatoe Receipe

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 pkg. Ore Isa potatoes with onions and peppers
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/3 cup, chedder cheese
Jello Ice Cream Mold

Mix Jello using only 1 cup of hot water
- 1 lg. box fruit Jello
- 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
- 2 small cans of fruit, drained well
Mixed Berry Smoothie

Placce all ingredients in blender, cover Blend on high speed, 15 sec
- 2 cups, cold milk
- 1 container (6 oz.) strawberry, low-fat yogurt
- 1 pkg. (4 svgs.) Jell-O strawberry flavor gelatin
- 1 cup, frozen, mixed berries
- 2 bisculits, large shredded wheat, crumbled
Latkes

Peel and finely grate potatoes (3 cups)
- 4 potatoes
- 1 Tbs. grated onion
- 1 lg. egg
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2-3 Tbs. flour
- oil
Spiced Sugar Nuts

Put egg white and salt in large bowl and beat with whisk until frothy, but not stiff
- 4 cups walnuts
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tbls. cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar
20 minute Beef Teriyaki

Heat oil and brown beef with onion and garlic
- 1 tbs. oil
- 1 lb. beef chuck strips
- 1 cup of onion slices
- 1 garlic clove
- 3/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 cup of red and green pepper strips
- 2 cups of boullion
- 1 1/2 cups of minute rice
- 3 tbs. soy sauce
- 2 tbs. sherry wine (optional)
Double Chocolate-Pumpkin Cheesecake

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat an 8" springform pan with nonstick spray
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups purchased chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/2 stick (4 tbs.) butter, melted
- Filling:
- 3 bricks (8 oz. ea.) Neufchatel cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 tbs. corn starch
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup of reduced fat sour cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup (6 oz.) milk-chocolate chips, melted and cooled
- 1 cup of canned 100% pure pumpkin
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips, melted and
- cooled
- Chocolate Glaze:
- 3 oz. bittersweet baking chocolate
- 2 tbs. stick butter
- 1 tbs. light corn syrup-
Christmas White Fudge

Combine sugar, sour cream, milk, butter, karo syrup and salt in a pan
- 2 1/4 cups gran. sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbls. butter
- 1 tbls. light karo syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1/3 cup chopped cherries (candied)
Chocolate Fudge

Pour hot syrup over chocolate and marshmallow
- Boil for 5 minutes:
- 4 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 2 pkg. German sweet chocolate or 1 lb.
- milk chocolate Hershey bar.
- 2 pkgs. chocolate bits
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups nuts
Irish Soda Bread

Melt butter and milk until it reaches 120 to 130 degrees Add to dry ingredients, gradually beat slowly
- 2 3/4 cups of flour
- 3 tbs. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tbs. caraway seed
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pkg. of dry yeast
- 1 cup of buttermilk, or sour milk
- 2 tbs. margarine
- 3/4 cup of dark seedless raisins
