Chocolate Frosting

Mix and bring to a boil in a double boiler
- 1 can, sweetened, condensed milk
- 1 tbs. water
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
Sesame Noodles

Mix in order until each is smooth
- 1 cup, Tahini paste
- 1 cup, hot water
- 1 cup, oil
- 1 cup, Tamari
- 1/2 cup, sugar
- 1/4-1/2 cup, chili oil
- 1/2 cup, Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbs. Dark Sesame oil
- 5 cloves garlic
Dried Beef Dip

Spoon into dish. Top with pecans which have been crisped in butter and salt in a skillet
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 tbs. milk
- 3 oz. dried beef
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green peppers, finely chopped
- 2 tbs. onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Stir above ingredients well.
- 2 tbs. butter
- 1 1/2 cups of chopped pecans
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup of firmly packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups rolled or quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup of raisins

Mix the water and yeast well
- 1 cup of very warm water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 tbs. sugar
- 3 cups of flour
- 1 egg
- salt for top course
Shrimp Dip

Mix all ingredients together
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/8 cup French dressing
- 1 4 oz. can tiny shrimp
- 1 tbs. minced onion
Raspberry Mold

Mix all ingredients, chill to set
- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
- 1 lg. pkg. raspberry Jello
- 10 oz. frozen raspberries with juice
- 1 sm. frozen lemonade
- 2 cups boiling water
Fruit Smoothie

Place yogurt, strawberries, 1 cup of the water and the drink mix in a blender; cover
- 2 cups, vanilla, low-fat yogurt
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries in lite syrup, thawed
- 1 1/4 qt. (5 cups) cold water, divided
- 1 pkt. (makes 2 qt. drink) or 2 pkt. (makes 1 qt, drink each Crystal
- Light lemonade flavor drink mix
Pecan Candies

Mix the butter, light brown sugar and cinnamon
- 1 stick of butter, melted
- 1 cup of light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 to 4 cups of pecans
Cucumber Salad

Dissolve gelatin in water, add lemon juice
- 1 pkg. lime Jello
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 cup sour cream, whipped
