- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 tbsp cloves
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup veg oil
- 3 cups chilled pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
Meatball Calzones

- 4 1/3 cups fresh or frozen thawed cranberries (16 oz)

- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cold butter, cut into pieces
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
