- 1 box pie crusts, thawed

- 1 bunch scallions, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 lb sugar snap peas, roughly chopped
- 1 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 bunch chives, chopped
- 1/2 lb pappardelle pasta
- 3/4 cup crumbled ricotta salata or grated pecorino
