Plop everything in crockpot together
- 2 cups leftover rice/quinoa
- 3 T butter
- 2 T soy sauce
- 2 t worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 t black pepper
- 1/4 t kosher salt
- 1/2 diced yellow onion
- 1 cup of whatever frozen or fresh vegetables you have on hand. (I had a bit of asparagus, some carrots and peas)
- leftover meat (I had leftover chicken and 3/4 of a cheeseburger patty from a restaurant--I told you I was Scottish!)
- 1 egg
- sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

- 3/4 pound thick-sliced bacon strips, chopped
- 3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Grated Parmesan cheese

- MARINADE INGREDIENTS
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons water
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- FILLING INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced small OR 2-3 cans of chicken
- 5 tablespoons vegetable oil or peanut oil
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger or grated ginger
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup green onions, minced
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, minced
- 1 (8 ounce) can bamboo shoots, minced
- 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, minced
- 1 (6 ounce) package chinese cellophane noodles, cooked to package directions
- COOKING SAUCE
- 1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch Lettuce leaves, washed and taken off the head but left whole
