Put all ingredients in a crock pot (except sour cream & cream cheese)

  • Hour before serving, add:
  • 3 C. Chicken Broth
  • 4 Cans Great Northern Beans, drained
  • 4 Cans Chicken, undrained
  • 2 medium Onions, chopped (or 2/3 c. dried onions)
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans Green Chilis OR 2 fresh Anaheim Chilis
  • 2 t. Salt
  • 1 t. Pepper
  • 3 t. Garlic Powder
  • 2 t. Cumin
  • 1/4 t. Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 t. Oregano
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 block cream cheese

  • Pour over warm crust and put back into the oven for 20 minutes. Until slightly golden on top.
