Sausage Stew

1. Cook pasta(oozo) in boiling salted water for 10 minutes
- 2 pounds of sweet Italian sausage -sliced, or half sweet and half hot.
- 2 tbs butter
- 2 tbs flour
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 (28 oz) can peeled plum tomatoes
- 1 tsp chopped basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 3 small zucchini, thinly sliced
- 2 cups small pasta(oozo)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fennel seeds

- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
