Grilled Turkey, Tomato and Havarti Sandwiches

Spread half of the bread slices with mayo
- 12 slices sourdough bread
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 6 slices Havarti cheese
- 4-5 cups shredded turkey
- 12 slices bacon, cooked and halved
- 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup softened butter
Spinach and Cheddar Strata (in individual 8 oz. dishes)

This strata can be assembled and refrigerated for up to 6 hours
- 1 tea extra-virgin olive oil
- 10 oz. spinach
- 3 cups day-old bread cubes (1")
- 5 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 1/4 cups grated sharp white cheddar
- salt and pepper
Cranberry Brisket

Place brisket in a greased 9x13 baking dish
- 1 fresh brisket (3-4 lbs)
- 1 can (14 oz) cranberry whole-berry sauce
- 1 can (12 oz) ginger ale
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
Cheesy Rice

Spray interior or slow cooker with cooking spray
- 2 cups hot cooked rice
- 3 oz. can French-fried onions, divided
- 1 cup sour cream
- 16 oz. jar medium salsa, divided
- 1 cup shredded taco-blend cheese, divided
Bloody Mary Mix

Combine all ingredients excerpt the ice in a sealable pitcher or container
- 1 bottle (46 oz) Spicy Hot V8 juice
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 1/2 tea. Tabasco
- 2 oz. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tea. celery salt
- 1 tea. black pepper
- 6 oz. vodka
- ice
Tilapia - with Olives, Capers and Chilies

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup green olives
- 2 Tbsp. capers
- 1 tea. dried red chili flakes
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tea. sugar
- 2 fresh tilapia fillets
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- Crusty bread for serving
Coleslaw - Cajun

In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, cider vinegar, sugar, horseradish, seasonings and mustard
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 tea. Dijon mustard
- 1 cup chopped red onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 cups shredded red cabbage
- 3 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1/2 cup sliced yellow peppers
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
Pork Chops - with mustard, rosemary and capers

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 bone-in pork loin chips (3 1/2 lb. total), 1" thick
- 1/2 tea. slat
- 1/2 tea. pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. whole-grain mustard
- 3 Tbsp. capers, rinsed
- 1/4 tea. chopped fresh rosemary leaves
Citrusy Carrot Salad w/ Green Olives

Whisk together orange juice, lemon zest and juice, oil, honey, coriander, salt and pepper in a large bowl
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1 tea. grated lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tea. honey
- 3/4 tea. ground coriander
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 1/8 tea. pepper
- 3 cups coarsely shredded carrots
- 2 large shallots, chopped
- 8 pimiento-stuffed green olives, coarsely chopped
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
Bread Pudding - with Amaretto

Soak bread in milk in a bowl for 1 hour
- 1 loaf stale French bread
- 1 quart milk
- 4 jumbo eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup raisins
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 2 tea. vanilla
- Topping Syrup
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup Amaretto
