- 1 12-oz. can beer, room temperature
- 1/4 cup butter, melted (for topping)
- 1 tea. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup raisins
- or
- 1 Tbsp. Italian herb mix, Tuscan Sunset or Pasta Sprinkle
- 1/4 tea. minced garlic
- 1/4 tea. crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Rhubarb Cheesecake

CRUST: put graham crackers in a food processor and process until finely ground

- 1 pkg. Keebler cinnamon Grahams, finely ground

- 2 pkg. light cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tea. lemon rind (optional)
- 3/4 cup rhubarb sauce
- 4 stalks rhubarb
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp Triple Sec
- 1 Tbsp. flour

- TOPPING
- 3/4 cup rhubarb sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- sugar, if desired
Dip - Pepperoni Pizza Dip - slow cooker

Place cream cheese in slow cooker
- 2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, cubed
- 14 oz. can pizza sauce
- 8 oz., pkg. sliced pepperoni, chopped
- 2 1/4 oz. can sliced ripe olives, drained
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Broccoli Salad

Marinate Overnight
- 2 bunches fresh broccoli
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbls. cider vinegar
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 2/3 cup raisins
- 7 slices bacon
Rummy Raisin Drizzle (pound cake, bread pudding, etc)

Soak raisins in warm rum until soft, 10 minutes
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup dart rum, warmed
- 1 stick (4 oz) butter
- 1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- pinch salt
Spicy Mayo for sandwiches

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing well
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tea. capers, drained and chopped
- 1/2 tea. paprika
- 1/4 tea. chipotle powder (or medium-hot chili powder)
- 1/4 tea. garlic powder
- 1/4 tea. onion powder
- 1/8 tea. dried thyme
- 1/8 tea. ground allspice
Red Chile and Pork Stew

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 tea. salt
- 1 1/2 tea. cumin
- 1 tea. pepper
- 3 1/2 lb. boned pork shoulder (butt), fat trimmed and cut into 1 1/2" cubes
- 1 cup ground dried mild red New Mexico chiles
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 bay leaf

- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted (5 Tbsp. + 1 tea)

- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- FOR THE TOPPING
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, or almonds), toasted
Cheesy Hash Brown Cups

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 12-cup regular muffin cup pan; set aside
- 3 cups Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash browns
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 1/2 lb. ground Italian sausage
- 1/2 cup finely chopped mushrooms
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 2 cups (16 oz) Better'n Eggs
- 12 tea. dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup finely shredded Cheddar Cheese

- 1/2 tea. dried oregano
