Salmon Salad mix

Combine salmon, celery, green onions and pickles
- DRESSING:
- 2 - 6 oz. cans (or 1 14 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked, and skin and bones removed
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 thinly sliced green onions
- 3 Tbsp. chopped sweet pickles
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tea. snipped fresh dill
Red Potatoes - Loaded Red Potato Casserole

Place potatoes in a dutch oven and cover with water
- 16 small red potatoes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1/2 tea. pepper
- 1/8 tea. salt
- 1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup crumbled, cooked bacon
- 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. minced chives
Lemon Chicken with Broccoli (with Swanson's Flavor Boost Packets)

Grate 1 Tbsp. zest and squeeze 1/4 cup juice from the lemon
- 1 large lemon
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 lb. chicken parts
- 1 medium onion, diced, (about 1 cup)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 packets Swanson Flavor Boost Concentrated Chicken Broth
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
Biscuits - Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuits

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- 2 cups buttermilk baking mix (small box equals 2 cups, Bisquick or Jiffy Mix)
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 to 1/2 tea. garlic powder
Waffled French Toast

Combine all ingredients. Dip bread in egg mixture
- 6 slices Cinnamon Raisin bread (or thick slices Texas Toast)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/4 tea. salt
Spinach Salad

Combine oil, vinegar, ketchup, sugar, salt, garlic, dry mustard and pepper to make dressing
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tea. salt
- 1/2 tea. garlic powder
- 1/2 tea. dry mustard
- pepper
- 1 (10 oz) pkg. fresh spinach
- 4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
- 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 small red onion, sliced

Peach Bourbon Hand Pies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2 lb. peaches
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- pinch salt
- 1 tea. bourbon
- 1/2 tea. vanilla
Dip - Jalapeno Ranch

Place dip ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth
- 1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/3 cup salsa verde
- 3 Tbsp. canned chopped green chiles
- 3/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 jalapenos, halved and seeded
- 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
- Hot cooked buffalo-style chicken wings
- celery sticks and carrot sticks, optional
Scalloped Potatoes with Sausage

Layer 1/3 of potatoes, sausage, onions, cheddar cheese soup, and celery soup into slow cooker
- 2 1/2 lb. potatoes, sliced 1/4" thick, divided
- 1 lb. cooked smoked sausage links, sliced 1/2" thick, divided
- 2 medium onions, chopped, divided
- 10 3/4 oz. can cheddar cheese soup, divided
- 10 3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup, divided
Asparagus - Pickled Asparagus

- 6 lb. fresh asparagus
- 3 large garlic cloves, halved
- 6 tea. dill seed
- 6 tea. mustard seed
- 36 whole peppercorns
- 2 quarts water
- 2 1/2 cups white vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. canning salt
