- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated
- 2 ounces pepperoni, sliced
- 2 tablespoons green pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons black olives, sliced
Basic Marinara

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 large onions, finely chopped
- 2 medium carrots, grated
- salt and pepper
- 8 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano, chopped
- 4 28-oz. cans whole plum tomatoes
Snack mix - Chesapeake "Old Bay" snack mix

Preheat oven to 150 degrees
- 6 cups Crispix or Chex (corn or rice)
- 3 cups thin pretzel sticks
- 3 cups oyster crackers
- 2 cups roasted unsalted peanuts
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. plus 2 teas. Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tea. hot-pepper sauce, such as Tabasco
Chicken - Grilled Chicken Salad

To prepare chicken, combine all ingredients, except chicken, in a large bowl
- CHICKEN:
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tea. salt
- pepper
- 1/2 tea. onion powder
- 1 tea. Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 lbs. chicken tenders
- SALAD:
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsl. Creole mustard, such as Zatarain's
- 1 Tbso. chopped chives
- 1/4 tea. salt
- pepper
Jambalaya

Saute sausage, green onion and bell pepper in hot oil in Dutch oven for 4-5 minutes or until sausage is browned
- 1 lb. Italian Sausage (or Polish), cut into 1/4" slices
- 1 large green onion, diced
- 1 large green bell pepper, diced
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 cups chopped, cooked chicken
- 3 cups uncooked long-grain rice
- 1 (10 1/2 oz) can French Onion soup
- 1 (14 oz) can beef broth
- 2-3 tea. hot sauce
Creamy Corn Bisque

Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/8 tea. pepper
- 4 cups milk
- 1 - 15.4 oz. can corn, drained
- 1 lb. smoked pork sausage, diced
- 2 cups potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
- Garnish: shredded cheddar cheese
Potato Gratin (slow cooker)

In large saucepan, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/8 tea. pepper
- 1/8 tea. nutmeg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 (3 oz) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup riccota cheese
- 5 russet potatoes, peeled, sliced 1/8" thick
- 1 1/4 cups diced swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Bacon Wrapped Sweet Chicken Wraps

1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes
- 1 1/4 pounds boneless, skinless, chicken breasts (about 4 breasts)
- 1 (1-pound) package sliced bacon
- 2/3 Cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tbs. Chili Powder
