In food processor, add cheese, jalapeno
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 jalapeno, chopped
- 1 green onion, green and white parts, chopped
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 1/4 tea. pepper
- 3/4 cup flat amber beer
- 1 lb. Kielbasa (6 links cut into 4-5 pieces)
