Overnight Lasagna

No need to cook the lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 1 jar (32 oz) spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup water
- salt and pepper
- 1 carton (15 oz) riccota
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 tea. dried oregano
- 1/8 tea. cayenne
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg. (8 ozx) uncooked lasagna noodles
- 1 pkg (16 oz) sliced mozarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Upside Down Cranberry Crunch

Place the cranberries in a greased 8" square pan
- 3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed
- 1 3/4 cups sugar, divided
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup flour
- Whipped Cream or Vanilla Ice Cream
Broccoli Grape Salad

In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, onions, celery, grapes and cranberries
- 6 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 cup seedless red grapes
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/2 lb. sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
Triple Cheese Baked Shells (in individual servings)

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 8 1-cup ramekins; set aside
- 1/2 lb. medium shell pasta
- 5 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 tea. dry mustard
- 3 1/2 cups milk, heated
- 8 oz. shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Fontina Cheese
- 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
Lazy Lasagna (uses egg noodles)

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain
- 8 oz. pkg. medium egg noodles, uncooked
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- seasoning salt to taste
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- Garnish: grated Parmesan cheese
Southwestern Pulled Brisket

Brown brisket in oil, salt and pepper
- 3 lbs. beef brisket
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 5 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 onion, thin sliced
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tea. ground coriander
- 2 tea. ground cumin
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 14 oz. can tomatoes with juice
- 1-2 whole canned chipotle chiles
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/4 cup molassas
Snack mix - Touchdown Party Mix

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 2 cups salted mixed nuts
- 2 cups small cheese crackers
- 2 cups Rice Chex
- 1 cup pretzel nuggets
- 1 cup wasabi peas
- 1 2.25 oz. bag roasted pumpkin seeds
- 1 3.75 oz. bag roasted sunflower seeds
- 1 cup mini pita chips
- 1 cup mini bagel chips
- 8 Tbsp. (1 stick) melted butter
- 1/4 cup Worchestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 tea. garlic powder
- 1/2 tea. paprika
- 1/4 tea. cayenne
Watermelon, Feta and Blueberry Salad

Mix watermelon and blueberries in a bowl In a cup, mix lemon juice and honey; pour over fruits
- 2 1/2 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 cup finely chopped mint leaves
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Glaze - Pineapple Glaze for Ham

Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan
- 1 fully cooked bone-in ham (about 7-9 lb)
- Whole cloves
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 2 1/2 cups packed dark brown sugar, divided
- 1 can (20 oz) unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 1 cup light brown sugar
Miniature Meat Pies

Cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. onion soup mix
- DOUGH
- 3 cups flour
- 1-2 Tbsp. sesame seeds, optional
- 1 tea. salt
- 1 cup shortening
- 2/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
