Bacon-Wrapped Cocktail Wieners

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Spray a large baking pan with nonstick cooking spray
- 1 12-ounce bottle Heinz® Chili Sauce
- 1 14-ounce can Ocean Spray® Jellied Cranberry Sauce
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 2 packages (12 to 14 oz.) cocktail wieners or smoked cocktail weiners
- 1 package (1 lb.) bacon, cut into thirds & large pieces cut in half lengthwise
Zucchini Pineapple Bread

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom only of 9x5 loaf pan
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup shredded zucchini
- 8 oz can crush pineapple, undrained
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tea. baking soda
- 1 tea. cinnamon
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 1/4 tea. allspice
Pork Chops - Rosemary Dijon Pork Chops and oven potatoes

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 lb. potatoes (about 3 small), cut into 1" chunks
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 1/2 lbs), 1/2" thick
- 4 tea. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup Shake 'n Bake original seasoned coating mix for pork
- 1/4 tea. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
Individual Pumpkin Cheesecakes

Place paper baking cups in muffin pans
- 18 paper baking cups (2 /12")
- 18 gingersnap cookies
- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. corn starch
- 1 tea. pumpkin pie spice
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/3 cup karo lite corn syrup
aDressing: Tequila Vinaigrette Dressing

Mix all ingredients together
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. tequila
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/2 tea. pepper
- 1 tsp. grated orange peel
- 1/2 tea. rosemary
Breasts - Enchilada Chicken

Sprinkle chicken with seasoning blend
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tea. Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup enchilada sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
Spread - Mixed Olive and Tuna Tapenade

Combine all ingredients except tuna, blend well
- 3 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
- 2 tea. chopped klamata olives
- 2 tea. chopped black olives
- 2 tea. chopped green olives
- 2 Tbsp. capers
- 1 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon zest
- 1 5-oz. can undrained tuna in oil
Prickly Pear Syrup

Combine prickly pear juice and sugar
- equal parts:
- Prickly Pear Juice
- Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. citric acid or the juice of 2 lemons
Coleslaw Dressing I made

mix all ingredients together
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon
- 1 tea. sugar
- tea. ground habanero powder
- 3/4 mayo
- 1 lemon, juiced
- salt and pepper
Ham - Fire & Spice Ham

- 1 (5 1/2 - 6 lb.) fully cooked ham half
- cooking spray
- 1/2 cup red pepper jelly
- 1/2 cup pineapple preserves
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 tea. ground cloves
