aDressing: Mustard Herb Vinaigrette

In a blender puree egg yolk, mustard, water, garlic, salt and pepper
- 1 hard boiled egg yolk (the makes the dressing extra creamy)
- 3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. grainy Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tea. minced garlic
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/2 tea. pepper
- 5 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tea. chopped fresh tarragon,m basil or parsley
Red Onions - Sweet and Sour Pickled Red Onions

- 2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. pickling salt
- 3 pounds red onions, trimmed and thinly sliced
- 2 tea. mustard seed
- 1 tea. celery seed
- 1/2 tea. red pepper flakes

Bourbon, Molasses & Spice In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring yo a boil

- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 1 tea. dry mustard
- 1/2 tea. cinnamon

- BALSAMIC-HONEY MUSTARD
- 2 tea. crushed black pepper corns
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup whole grain mustard
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- CRANBERRY GINGER
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- /34 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tea. grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- CITRUS HONEY
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. orange zest
- 1/4 tea. each cinnamon, ginger and cloves
- COLA KISSED GLAZE
- 12 oz. Coke
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 tea. cloves
- Brown sugar
- FRUIT 'n' SPICE GLAZE
- 1/2 cup warm marmalade
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/4 tea. cloves
- 1/4 tea. cinnamon
- MAPLE DIJON GLAZE
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. rosemary

- 12 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt or garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

- 12 foil baking cups
- 8 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 -1 cup shredded Cheddar, mozzarella or provolone cheese

- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced (optional)

- 1 pkg. (16 oz) elbow macaroni
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 tea. garlic salt
- 1 tea. garlic pepper blend
- 1 tea. lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded Colby cheese
- 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
- 1/2 cup crushed saltines
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 bunch green onions, cut into pieces
- 1 stalk celery, cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1 lb. ground sirloin
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- salt and pepper
- 3 oz. sharp cheddar cheese,m cut into four 2" long sticks

- 1 3/4 cups water

- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3/4 tea. red pepper flakes
- 1 tea. mustard seed
- 6 stems fresh dill fronds (or 3 tea. dill seed)
- 1 lb. 8 oz. green beans, trimmed
No Peek Chicken & Rice Pot

Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray
- 1 (10 3/4 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 (1 oz) pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups uncooked instant rice
- 16 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 36 pieces
- 1 cup (4 oz can) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/8 tea. pepper
