Makes a tasty vinaigrette by whisking together 1/4 cup Pear and Cranberry Conserve, 2 Tbsp
- 6 medium to large, firm, ripe pears (Bosc or Bartlett)
- (about 3 lb. total)
- 1 16-oz. pkg. cranberries
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. finely shredded orange peel
- 1/8 tea. cinnamon
- 1/8 tea. allspice
Tex Mex Soup (slow cooker)

Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat and cook onion until crisp-tender
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb. boneless pork chops
- 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 tea. dried oregano
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/8 tea. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth

Preheat grill to medium. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter
- 1 pkg. (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 tea. garlic salt
- 1 loaf (about 1 lb) french bread, sliced
Chicken - Greek Chicken Pasta

Cook the pasta according to package directions
- 2 cups uncooked penne pasta
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) chicken broth
- 3 cups cubed rotisserie chicken
- 1 jar (7 1/2 oz) marinated quartered artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 cup 94 oz) crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/3 cup sliced pitted Greek olives
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley

- 2 tea. sugar
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tea. black pepper
- 8 slider buns
Hatch Green Chile Stew

Brown pork in oil. Add the onion and garlic and saute for 2 minutes
- 2 lb. lean pork, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 to 8 Hatch chiles, roasted, peeled, seeded, stemmed, and chopped
- 1 large potato, peeled and diced
- 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 3 cups water or beef broth
