Mexican stroganoff
- 1 box ziti
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 pkg/envelope of taco seasoning
- 1 C water
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 1/2 C shredded cheese (I used marble)

Hoisin Chicken

1. Prepare the chicken: Preheat grill to medium on one side
- 3/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 3 scallions, coarsley chopped
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 2" piece of fresh ginger, sliced
- zest and juice of two limes

- 1.5 lbs italian sausage
- 1 onion
- 2 TB minced garlic
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 TB tomato paste
- 1 (28oz) can diced tomatoes
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 8 oz fusilli pasta
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh basil
- 8 oz ricotta
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- pinch of pepper
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
