- 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup beef broth
- 3/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- Cooked egg noodles, optional
