- 1/2 cup orange juice

- 1/4 cup orange juice

- 2 pounds salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Paprika, Smoked

- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Sicilian Sea Salt

Maple Nut-Topped Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

How To Make It: 1. Preheat oven to 350F and bring a large pot of water to boil
- 4 large sweet potatoes, cubed
- 3 T maple syrup (or more to taste), divided
- 2 T coconut oil
- 1 T cinnamon, divided

- 8 ounces process cheese (Velveeta), cubed
- 2 cups (16 ounces) sour cream

- 1 cup diced fully cooked ham
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil

- 2-1/2 pounds potatoes (about 8 medium), peeled and cut into wedges
- 1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)

- 1/2 cup sliced green olives with pimientos
