Cucumber Sandwiches

Cream together cream cheese and Italian dressing
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing, dry
- 1 cucumber, sliced thin
- 1 loaf pumpernickel bread, cut in 2" squares
- Dries dill weed
Beef Crock Pot Dinner

Brown floured meat in oil, put in Crock pot on high 4 hrs, low 8 hrs
- 2 # Stew meat
- 1 c. onion, sliced
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 # baby carrots
- 6 potatoes, 1/4" cubes or slices
- 2 T. oil
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 T. seasoning salt
- 1 can cr. mush soup
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. water
Easy Devonshire Cream

Beat all ingredients until stiff
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (or vanilla powder)
