- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch (original)
- 1 cup prepared Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (for dipping)

- 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
- 2 lbs. ground beef, browned & drained
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 to 3 T. chili powder
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. cumin
- Salt, to taste

- 6 pork chops
- vegetable oil
- Durkee season salt
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon Durkee ground black pepper
- 1 package (24oz) frozen O'Brien of hash brown potatoes
- 1 cup (4oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can Durkee french fried onions
