Grandma Graves' Rhubarb Pie

Mix rhubarb, sugar and flour in large crock; dot generously with butter and let stand 1 hour
- 4 c. raw rhubarb, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. sugar (or a little more)
- 6 T. flour
- 1/2 lb. butter
- Double pie crust

- 3 cups flour
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- 1 cup water w/food coloring
Baked Cabbage

Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 tablespoon plus 2 more tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 medium head green cabbage, cut into 1-inch-thick rounds
- Coarse salt and ground pepper

- Thinly sliced veal cutlets, as many as you will need, plan 3 per person
- 4 eggs, beaten
- Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- Butter
- Olive oil
JellO Beans

Using no stick cooking spray, lightly spray inside of bean mold
- No stick cooking spray
- 1 1/4 c boiling water or juice
- (Do NOT add cold water)
- 2 pkg (4 servings each) JellO Brand Gelatin, any flavor
Banana Bread (Nut)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 5x9x3-inch loaf pan or two 4 1/2x8 1/2x2 1/2-inch loaf pans
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. white sugar
- 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 T. oil
- 3/4 c milk
- 1 egg
- 1 c. finely-chopped nuts
- 1 c. ripe, mashed bananas (2 or 3)

- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt, plus a pinch
- 2 Tbs. plus 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 16 Tbs. (2 sticks) cold unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 6 to 8 Tbs. ice water
- 1 1/2 Tbs. cornstarch
- 2 cups fresh or frozen pitted sour cherries, thawed and drained if frozen
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 egg, lightly beaten with 1 tsp. water
- Coarse sugar for sprinkling
- Vanilla Ice Cream for serving
Chinese Chicken Salad

Marinate chicken in soy sauce for 30 minutes
- 6-8 oz. Chicken Breast
- Soy Sauce to cover
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 4 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 2 heads crisp iceberg lettuce, shredded thin as possible
- 1/2 to 1 cup each bean sprouts, onion, parsley, snow peas, celery, sesame seeds, carrots, water chestnuts, sliced almonds
Tortellini Salad

- 1 pkg fresh cheese tortellini, cooked ( dairy section)
- 1 ripe avacado, chopped
- 1-2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 pkg Good Seasons Italian dressing made with olive oil and red wine vinegar
