Egg Bake

6 Eggs, beaten Directions Spread 1 tube crescent rolls to fit bottom of jellyroll pan
- 2 Tubes Crescent rolls
- 8 Ounces Cream cheese, softened
- 6 Eggs, beaten
- 1 Cup Ham, cubed small
- 8 Ounces Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1 Stick Butter, melted
Calico Three-Bean Salad

Drain beans. Combine in large bowl with sliced onion
- 1 can yellow wax beans
- 2/3 c. vinegar
- 1 can green beans, cut
- 1/3 c. cil
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 can butter lima beans
- 1 sweet onion, sliced thin
Dill Dip

Mix all ingredients. Serve in round rye bread
- 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 1 1/4 cups sour cream
- 2 tablespoons onion
- 2 tablespoons dill
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 tablespoon Beauonde
Marinated Carrots

Directions Heat soup, vinegar sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, worchestershire sauce and oil to mix
- 5 cups sliced, cooked carrots, or 3 jars canned carrots
- 1 small onion, sliced thin
- 1 small green pepper, thin strips
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp worchestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup oil

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups of sour cream
- 2 cups grated sharp cheese
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
Ribbon Jello

Mix each color with 1 cup water each and set aside
- 3 (3 oz) pkg. Jello, 1 each: red, green, yellow, 3 c. boiling water (1 for each color), 2 c. milk, 1 c. sugar, 2 env. unflavored gelatin (Knox), 1/2 c. cool water, 16 oz. sour cream, 1 tsp. vanilla
7 Layer Bean Dip

Layer as directed
- 2 cans Enchilada Dip or Bean Dip
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1/4 t. garlic salt
- 2 t. lemon juice
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- chopped black olives
- chopped tomatoes
- shredded cheddar cheese
Miniature Cheesecakes - Jann Cervetti

Blend cream cheese with sugar until smooth, adding eggs one at a time
- 4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla, lemon or almond flavoring
- 1/2 tsp. jam (for each cake)
Cold Green Bean Salad

- 2 cans whole green beans
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tomatoes, skinned & cubed
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 onion, chopped
Linguine Salad

1 pkg Good Seasons Italian dressing mix (dry) Directions Sprinkle dry dressing mix over linguine;stir and let set
- 1 pkg linguine, cooked
- 1 pkg Good Seasons Italian dressing mix (dry)
- 1 bottle Italian salad dressing
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
