Spare Rib Sauce - Nut Tree

Crush garlic & ginger, simmer in portion of wine mix other ingredients well, then add wind strained from simmering
- 6 Br. Sugar
- 1 qt. Sherry wine
- 2 Cups Hoisin Sauce
- 2 Cups Brown ground bean sauce
- 4 T. Salt
- 4 T. Soy sauce
- 4 C. Catsup
- 2 oz. Garlic
- 2 oz. Ginger
Lush Lettuce

Place onions in bowl and top with lettuce
- 1 Head Lettuce, torn small
- 3 Green onion, chopped,
- 1 c. Chow Mein noodles
- 3 T. Sesame seeds
- 6 oz. Cashews, chopped
- 4 Strips bacon, crisp & crumbled
- 4 T. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 6 tsp. Vinegar
Madeleines

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake for 10 - 12 minutes
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 t vanilla or orange extract
- 1/2 t finely shredded lemon peel
- 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup all purpose flour

- 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled

- 1 package Borden's Nonesuch Mincemeat
- 1 1/2 cups apples, chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups water
Sanibel Island Chix

Flatten and pound chicken breast halves
- 1 (5oz) pkg saffron rice mix
- 2 skinned & boned chix breast halves
- 2 T flour
- 1 t. curry powder
- 1/2 t. paprika
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 T butter
- 1 (6 1/2oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
White Chicken Chili

Directions Saute chicken in small amount oil until tender
- 1 # Chicken breast cut into small pieces
- 2 cans white Cannellini beans
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup recaito
- White chicken chili seasoning packet
- 1-2 cups chicken broth
- fresh cilantro to taste
Sweet and Spicy Salad Dressing

Mix together sugar, dry mustard, pepper, salt and paprika

- 1 T. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 c. vegetable oil

- 1 T. horseradish
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
