- 1/2 lemon, juice only
- 2 finely-chopped green onions

- 4 ounces of reduced fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar
- 8 slices of raw bacon
- 3 green onions, chopped
Zucchini souffle

Put in shallow pan for 45 min at 350°
- 4 C. zucchini, chopped or grated
- 1/4 C. onion
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 sprig parsley chopped
- 1/2 C. parmesan cheese
- 1 C. Bisquick

Picnic Slaw

To keep bananas from turning brown, place bananas in pineapple juice until ready to use
- DRESSING FOR SLAW:
- 12 c. cabbage, shredded
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows
