Dill Dip ( Rebecca Sargalls)

Mix all Ingredients and chill before serving with Bread
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Sour Cream
- 1 1/3 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 T.Parsley
- 1 tsp. Dill Weed
- 1 T. Onion Flakes
- 1 tsp. Celery Salt
- Rye or Marble rye round Bread
Potato Cream Cheese Soup

1. saute celery, onion, and butter 2
- 2 stalk celery
- 1 med. onion
- 2 T. butter
- 6 med. potatoes, peeled & sliced
- dash garlic powder
- dash pepper
- 3 c. water
- 5 chicken bullion cubes
- 3/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. dried thyme
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. cream cheese

- 1 bottle Catalina dressing
- 1-13 oz pineapple chunks- drained

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated white sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 large egg whites

Snickers Pie

Soften yogurt in microwave until creamy
- 1 pint frozen vanilla yogurt, fat free, sugar free
- 2 Tablespoons chunky peanut butter
- 1/2 pkg Chocolate pudding mix, fat free
- 1/2 cup Cool Whip Lite
- 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup

- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 medium carrots, chopped
- 1 lb. beef stew meat, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 (14-oz.) jar tomato pasta sauce
- 1 (24-oz.) pkg. polenta, cut into 10 slices

- 1 pkg. Peppetidge Farm goldfish pretzels, Parmesan, cheddar, original

Vegetable Sandwiches

- 1 pkg. gelatin, dissolved in 2 T.
