- 3 ripe peaches, quartered and pitted
- 12 slices pancetta
- 1 tsp slat
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 loosely pack cups of greens
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
Seafood/Salmon with Black Bean Sauce

In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, sugar and 1/4 cup of the oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cups canned chicken stock
- 4-6 oz salmon filets (1" thick)
- 2 colve garlics,minced
- 1 tbsppeeled, minced fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp jarred black bean sauce
- 2 tsp rice or white vinegar
- 1/4 cupgrated carrots
- 1/4 cup grated radishes
- 1/4 cup slivered scallions
Appetizer/Herb-Roasted Olives

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- 2 cups mixed and black olives (3/4#)
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly groun black pepper
- 1 tsp finely grated orange zest
- 1 tbsp chopped flat leafed parsley
- 1/2 tsp coarsely chopped rosemary

- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups nuts (optional)
Chicken/Buttermilk Fried Chicken

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 4-8 drops hot sauce
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper

- 1/2 cup finely sliced carrots
- 1 rounded cup finely sliced celery
