- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 1/2 cup sald oil
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp plus 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 3/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 drop Tabasco sauce
- 1 drop liquid garlic
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- Dash of salt

- 2 cups (14 oz) Texmati or basmati rice
- Kosher salt
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 8 small scallions, thinly sliced

- 1/3 cup pitted Calamata olives, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cupfinely chopped parsley
