- Use recipe for vanilla extract, just use fewer vanilla beans, say one for every 500 ml of vodka. For this I would probably scrape out the seeds and use them in something else so that the vodka has a cleaner look.
SHEPHERD'S PIE

In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown beef
- Preheat oven to 375.
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup homemade beef broth or low-sodium beef broth

HONEY AND MACADAMIA NUT FUDGE

Line a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan with foil, extending foil over edges of the pan
- 1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup half-and-half or light cream
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts, hazelnuts (filberts), or pecans
