In medium saucepan, combine 1 c

CHEESECAKE BROWNIES

Heat oven to 325 degrees F
- 1 1/2 cups butter (3 sticks)
- 3/4 pound bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 8 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1 pound cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup apricot jam
- 1 cup pumpkin butter
TURTLES

In a bowl, mix together caramel candy and cream and microwave the mixture for about 30 seconds
- 1/2 lb soft caramel candy
