STRAWBERRY CREAM CAKE

Adjust oven rack to lower-middle position
- 1 1/4 cups cake flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon table salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 large eggs (2 whole and 3 separated), room temperature
- 6 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Strawberry Filling
- 2 pounds fresh strawberries (medium or large, about 2 quarts), washed, dried, and stemmed
- 4-6 Tbsp sugar
- Pinch table salt
- Whipped Cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon table salt
- 2 cups heavy cream
DATE FILLED COOKIES

Cream together shortening, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup shortening
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- FILLING***
- 2 cups dates, cut up
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
CHOCOLATE ALMOND COFFEE

Combine all ingredients together
- 1/2 cup instant coffee
- 1 1/2 cups non-dairy coffee creamer
- 1/2 cup chocolate flavored powdered drink mix
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. chocolate extract
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 1/4 cup toasted almonds, chopped
SESAME CHICKEN AND NOODLES

In medium bowl stir together vinegar, green onions, honey, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic-chili sauce
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 2 tsp. Asian garlic-chili sauce
- 2 6-oz. pkg. refrigerated grilled chicken breast strips
- 12 oz. dried udon noodles or whole-wheat spaghetti
- 3 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 2 medium yellow, red and/or orange sweet peppers, cut in bite-size strips
- Fresh cilantro
TRI-COLOR CAKE

Cut cake lengthwise into 4 equal layers
- 1 angel food loaf cake
- 1 pt. chocolate ice cream, softened
- 1 pt. raspberry sherbet, softened
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 c. whipping cream, whipped & sweetened
Oreo Snowman Cookie Balls

MIX cream cheese cookie crumbs until well blended
- What You Need
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. (16.6 oz.) OREO Cookies, finely crushed
- 2 pkg. (8 squares each) BAKER'S White Chocolate, melted
- 1 tsp. black decorating gel
- 2 tsp. orange decorating icing
GOOEY CHOCOLATE DROPS

Position racks in the lower and upper third of the oven and preheat to 325 degrees F
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup natural cocoa powder, such as Hershey's or Scharffen Berger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 11 ounces (1 bag) semisweet chocolate chunks
- 1 cup dried cherries (optional)
CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY CREAMER

- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp raspberry syrup
FLUFFY WHITE FROSTING

For frosting, beat meringue powder and 1/2 cup of cold water til stiff, about 4 minutes
- 3 Tbs meringue powder
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup white corn syrup
- 1/2 cup water
GIRL SCOUT MINT COOKIES

- 1 box Devil’s Food Cake Mix
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 package Chocolate Chips
- 3 drops Wilton's Candy Mint Flavoring
