- for marinade:
- 1 3-4 pound chicken, cut up
- 1 1/2 teaspoons/12.5 mL salt
- 1/2 teaspoon/5 mL white pepper
- 1 tablespoons/15 mL toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons/30 mL vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoon/30 mL lime juice

- 1/2 cup/ 120 mL plum sauce
- 1/3 cup/80 mL prepared ketchup
