Chocolate Fondue with Brandy

Combine chocolate and the heavy cream in heavy saucepan
- This recipe is super simple and will make a chocolate fondue that is really scrumptious. Great for dipping strawberries or anything else !!
- 16 ounces milk chocolate or dark and bittersweet
- 3/4 cup heavy cream (heavy whipping cream)
- 3 TBS good quality brandy
- Strawberries, Manderine Oranges, Angelfood cake
Shrimp Rolls

Preheat grill to medium-high
- FOR THE MARINADE—
- 1 ⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 ⁄2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 ⁄4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 1⁄4 lb. medium shrimp, peeled, deveined
- FOR THE MAYONNAISE—
- 3 ⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 ⁄4 cup peeled, seeded, chopped cucumber
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh chives
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh tarragon
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 ⁄4 tsp. sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1 ⁄2 cup grape tomatoes, quartered
- FOR THE SANDWICH—
- 1 loaf soft French bread
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted

- Sweet and tangy, the glaze complements the delicious taste of fresh salmon.
- 3 tablespoons. dark brown sugar, packed
- 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 (8-oz.) salmon fillets or steaks (about 3/4-inch thick)
Slow Cooker Sausage & Peppers with Sauce

- 8 (4 ounce) links fresh Italian sausage
- 1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced into strips
- 1 onion,sliced
- 6 hoagie rolls, split lengthwise (optional)
- 1 C sliced mushrooms
- 2 TBS minced garlic
- 2 TBS Tomato Paste
- 1 TBS each Thyme, Rosemary
- 2 TBS Oregano
Cajun Crab Cakes

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F
- Cajun Tartar sauce:

- 32 ounces claw crabmeat
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 3 eggs
- 1 red onion, minced
- Vegetable oil, for pan-frying
- 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained and rinsed
- 1 teaspoon Creole mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt-free Cajun-Creole seasoning (such as The Spice Hunter)
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco)

- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2/3 lb Italian sausage, combo of hot and sweet,cut into bite size pieces

- 2/3 large red pepper, julienned
- 2/3 large yellow onion, sliced
