Julienne all of the vegetables
- En papilliote is simply fish wrapped in paper and steamed.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- 2 -8 oz. fillets of fish, skinned
- 2 slices of red onion
- 2 slices each of red, orange, and yellow peppers
- (you can use almost any vegetable you like or any combination you like)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 lemon, cut in half
- sprig fresh thyme and fresh margoram
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 sheets of parchment paper (foil is an option also, especially if you want use the grill).
