- 24 mini burger rolls or dinner rolls split
- 2 cups lettuce
- 6 plum tomatoes
- 1 small red onion
- 1/2 cup steak sauce

Slow Cooked Meatloaf and Potatoes

- 1/2 pound egg noddles cooked(wide)
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can tomatoes with juice cut up
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine melted

- 1 8oz can crescent rolls
- 2 packages cream cheese softened
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup caramel topping
Pumpkin Bars

Add first 4 ingredients in a bowl mixing well

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 3 Tbsp lemon zest divide
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp powdered sugar
Baked Cinnamon Apple French Toast

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter cubed
- 6 medium apples, peeled,cored and cut into 1/4 slices
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 6 sliced thick bread lightly toasted
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 3 1/2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- Honey butter-1 stick unsalted butter softened with a spoon mix in a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon honey. Serve on the side heated.
