Baked Pineapple Souffle
- 2 sticks of butter
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 9 slices of bread cubed with crust off
- 2- 20oz cans pineapple crush drained ( use a little juice to drizzle in)
Beat butter, sugar and eggs together well. Add drained crushed Pineapple and bread. Spray a 9 x 13 pan . Pour in pan at bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serve warm or cold. For half the recipe use half butter , sugar and crushed pineapple. Use 4 eggs and 5 bread. Spray a 3 quart casserole and bake 1 hour at 350.
