- 5 Cups Diced Rhubarb
- 4 Cups White Sugar
- 3 Oz. Pkg Strawberry Jello

Preparation
Step 1
Boil rhubarb and add sugar.
Boil for another 10 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Remove from heat and add jello.
Put in jars and seal.
