Pepperoni Tortellini Soup

Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked cheese tortellini
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2-14.5 oz chicken broth
- 1-14.5 oz Rotel Tomatoes, undrained
- 1 oz. (1/4 cup) pepperoni slices
- 1 tsp basil
- fresh grated parmesan

Preparation
Step 1
In large saucepan, combine broth, tortellini and garlic. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 6-15 min or until tortellini is done. Stir in remaining ingredients (except Parmesan). Simmer for 5 minutes.
Top w/cheese before serving.
