Ingredients
- 1 Medium Onion, chopped
- 3-4 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 C Diced Cooked Turkey
- 12 Corn Tortillas, torn up
- 1 10 3/4 oz Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 10 3/4 oz Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 1/3 C Milk
- 1 C Frozen Corn
- 1 3.8 oz Can Sliced Olives
- Diced Jalapenos or other Chiles, optional
- 1 C Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1 C Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put onion and garlic in 2 1/2 quart casserole. Microwave 1-2 minutes, until the onion has a sauteed-like texture. Add everything except 3/4 cup each of the cheeses; mix well. Combine the remaining cheese and spread over the top. Bake for about 1 hour or until hot and bubbly.
