  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth, ideally low sodium
  • 1/4 cup white bean puree
  • 4 cups cooked small pasta (elbows, ideally whole wheat)
  • 3-4 tbsp parmesean cheese

In a saucepan, melt the butter with the olive oil, chicken broth, and White bean puree over low heat. Add the pasta and toss evenly to coat all pieces. Serve with Parmesean cheese.
