Ingredients
- 3-4 lbs turkey roast. boneless, tied in a roll
- 1 C dark brown sugar
- 1 C ketchup
- 3/4 C water
- 1/4 C oil
- 3 Tb balsamic vinegar
- 2 TB soy sauce
- 1 small onion, sliced

Preparation
Step 1
1. Pre-heat oven to 450
2. Combine all ingredients and pour over turkey.
3. Bake COVERED.
4. Back one hour, then reduce heat to 350 and bake another 40 minutes
