Ingredients

  • 3-4 lbs turkey roast. boneless, tied in a roll
  • 1 C dark brown sugar
  • 1 C ketchup
  • 3/4 C water
  • 1/4 C oil
  • 3 Tb balsamic vinegar
  • 2 TB soy sauce
  • 1 small onion, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

1. Pre-heat oven to 450

2. Combine all ingredients and pour over turkey.

3. Bake COVERED.

4. Back one hour, then reduce heat to 350 and bake another 40 minutes
