Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chopped cooked broccoli
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 box mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bunch finely chopped green onions
  • 8 oz. processed cheese (Velveeta, etc.)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tube Ritz crackers, crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

Cook broccoli and set aside.

Combine cheese & soup and heat in microwave until cheese is melted.

Saute mushrooms, garlic, and green onions in butter and add to soup mixture.

In 9x9" dish, layer 1/2 broccoli, 1/2 soup mixture, and 1/2 crackers. Repeat.

Bake in 325 oven for 10-15 minutes.
